These instructions where written by one of my very first buyers! He said it would be a good idea to have them on the site somewhere and now here they are!

Using the Radio buttons Switch on the CD or cassette player. The display should show 0 0 0 0. Press 1 repeatedly for the first digit of the code. Press 2 repeatedly for the second digit of the code. Press 3 repeatedly for the third digit of the code. Press 4 repeatedly for the fourth digit of the code. Press and hold 6 until you hear the beep.

Using the Stalk control Switch on the CD or cassette player. The display should show 0 0 0 0. Rotate the thumbwheel for the 1st digit of the code. Then press the bottom button to move on. Rotate the thumbwheel for the 2nd digit of the code. Then press the bottom button to move on. Rotate the thumbwheel for the 3rd digit of the code. Then press the bottom button to move on. Rotate the thumbwheel for the 4th digit of the code. Then press & hold the bottom button button to activate.

If your headset radio does not display the 0 0 0 0 like it says in the guide its more than likely because you have entered the code previously wrong.

Not to worry though, you simply need to turn your ignition on and make sure the radio is turned on and it will wipe the error.

Note: It can take up to 30 minutes depending on how many wrong codes where entered.
